Iron Hideout Competition #14

The total prize pool of this competition is 2000$. The competition starts on 11th July. The theme of this competition will be announced on 8th July. There are two months to complete your hideouts, meaning entries should be made until 11th September. Then, our juries will vote, and the winners and runners-up will be announced live on a Twitch stream. We are still seeking a professional agreement with a streamer with a large enough audience. If not, PegasusRideR will do the stream, just like in Competition #12. After the announcement, prizes will be awarded and shipped, which you can find the details in the Prizes section below. Iron Hideout's structure has also changed in this competition. Competition-related decisions are made solely by PegasusRideR, while juries will only vote and will not participate in the decision-making of Iron Hideout to protect them from potential drama.Also, from now on, with the help of Voza Prime, Iron Hideout Competitions will continue on https://ironhideout.net/competition

Prizes For All Competitors:
► Digital print file of our Path of Exile poster, which can be printed on A1-size paper (33x23.5" or 84x60cm) or larger. A preview file is present in the pictures below.
► We are still seeking a professional agreement with a popular Twitch streamer to do a showcase stream of all entries. The streamer's name and stream date will be announced here once we finalize the agreement and confirm the stream date. If we are unable to come to an agreement with a streamer, PegasusRideR will host the competition stream. Here is the last stream PegasusRideR did for Iron Hideout Competition #12.
► PegasusRideR will be doing showcase videos in waves, when the submitted entries reach a specific amount for each in a specific time, which will be posted on YouTube.

Transfer and Shipping of the Prizes:

■ The amounts can be sent through Bitcoin or Western Union, depending on your choice. If these options aren't available in your country, we will explore alternative methods. If money transfer is not possible in any way, we will explore alternative compensation options together with you. Bank transfer is currently not possible where I live.
■ If you pick one of the rings as your prize, to ensure the rings fit your finger perfectly, you will first be sent ring sizers with the exact width of both rings, 9mm. After you try the ring sizers and find the perfect fit, the ring will be specially crafted for you and then will be sent to your address along with the other prizes. If you have the opportunity to get your finger measured in a jewelry store with 7-9mm ring sizers, we can skip the ring sizer sending process and start crafting the ring immediately. For inside engraving of the name or word of your choice, the character limit will depend on the ring size, ranging from 20 characters (for US size 4) to 45 characters (for US size 16), with multiple font choices available.
■ Even though the prizes will be sent using the gift option, in some countries you might still have to pay tax. This is completely out of our hands, and we highly recommend checking your country's customs policy first if you are willing to claim any of the prizes. You can always contact our Discord or Telegram support at ironhideout.net to ask for information about overseas shipping, and PegasusRideR will reply to you.
■ We are using highly solid boxes for shipping, but if any damage happens in the shipping process, please send PegasusRideR a picture of the damaged item, and a replacement will be sent as soon as possible.
■ Shipping of prizes takes between 2 weeks and 1.5 months, depending on location and customs. Shipments will be sent with tracking, allowing you to view each step of the shipping process. We will be covering the shipping costs.
■ If you win any of our orbs or the Awakened Coffee Support Mug and do not want them to be shipped to you, please notify PegasusRideR after the results announcement, and their cost will be added to your monetary winning. If you prefer to receive these physical awards, please note that we require your full name, address, postal code, and phone number for tracking purposes. You also have the option of not sharing your address; you can simply request that we ship your package to a post office, where you can obtain it yourself.

Rules For Competitors:
■ Hideouts must be your own work and must be made after the competition starts. This also means hideouts that participated in other competitions and previous Iron Hideout Competitions are not eligible.
■ Hideouts need to be uploaded to ironhideout.net/upload while making your submission below in the form of a comment, with the link to the hideout file of your work added, after creating your own account here from the bottom. You are also allowed to log in with supported Social Media accounts there to make it easier. Using the post template below after the rules is required while making a post. Posting links to hideouts uploaded to other websites is not allowed. After posting your hideouts, you are allowed to update them until they are shared in our Wavely Showcase Videos. You can check the Showcase Videos section to follow up.
■ Hideout entries and comments made here need to follow Rules of Iron Hideout Discord Server for this competition.
■ Hideouts must fit the theme of the competition.
■ No challenge-reward hideout bases, MTX hideout bases, or MTX hideout decorations are allowed. This means that hideout bases and decorations 100% should be obtainable in-game without spending any currency in the MTX shop. Challenge trophies or other exclusive non-MTX decorations cannot be used as well.
■ Multiple entries are welcome, limited to a maximum of 3 entries per competitor.
■ If a competitor attains multiple spots within the Top 4, they will only be eligible to claim the prize for their top-ranked placement. The other proceeds will be postponed and awarded to the following ranked competitors.
■ Due to the recent ban PegasusRideR had, we aren't able to record hideout videos for you. This means that you need to present a hideout video covering all partsof your hideout, uploaded to any type of video sharing site for our juries to be able to judge. If you need any help or information regarding recording your own hideouts, please do not hesitate to contact our Discord or Telegram support at ironhideout.net, and PegasusRideR will gladly help you!
■ Console players are welcome to join the Iron Hideout competition! Creating a comprehensive YouTube video of the hideout is necessary, as importing and exporting are still not possible. We require the Character screen to be displayed at some point during the video, and we kindly ask that you don't set your profile to private. While recording the video, please ensure that there aren't any other players in the hideout. These are necessary precautions to enable console players to compete in the Iron Hideout Competitions.
■ Entries breaking any of these rules will be disqualified.

Voting System: Each jury will vote for their Top 10 hideouts. The 1st will receive 10 points and the 10th will receive 1 point, in descending order. Then, the weightings will be calculated, and the winners and runners-up will be decided. Voting will be blind voting, meaning juries will not see each other's votes until the voting ends. After the voting period ends, this post will change into a results announcement post, and prizes will be awarded and shipped accordingly.
